Interview Process

Depending on the number of applications received, we may be required to conduct interviews for oversubscribed roles. For certain roles requiring specific skills, qualifications and/or experience, we may need to conduct selection interviews. Interviews are scheduled to take place in mid-March to early April.

We are aiming to confirm all successful applications by the end of May 2022. We will keep a reserve list of those who have not been successful in the first round of applications but wish to hear more on any additional opportunities that become available as the event planning continues.

Volunteering Training

Yes, training will be provided to all volunteers. Successful applicants will be expected to attend one mandatory training session in October 2022 where critical event, venue and role information will be shared. Dates and times will be confirmed to those who are successful as early as possible. We are unable to offer travel expenses for any of our volunteers to attend the training sessions. We are also closely monitoring the Covid-19 guidelines and this training session will move to virtual if required and deemed safer closer to the event.
