National Day of Arts in Care Homes 2021

In support of the National Day of Arts in Care Homes 2021 on Friday 24^th September, British Gymnastics Foundation is delivering an online Love to Move demonstration. 

The Love to Move programme is an age and dementia friendly seated gymnastics programme which is transforming the lives of people living with dementia.

The zoom session will be held by Nicole Hughes available from 10:45am, the class will start at 11am and last for approximately 30 minutes.
